When booking an appointment at our salon, a deposit is required to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less then 48 hours’ notice you will be charged 50% of the service cost. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge 75% of the scheduled services to your account. We recommend that you contact us 48 hours in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges. You will have a 1 week grace period if needed any hair adjustments and 48 hours for lash services.
